Interview
They took three weeks to get back to me, then were very pushy with an offer. I researched the company some more and found that they are currently being sued by a major union for firing workers for attempting to unionize.

Interview
Very quick process. Had two interviews over call as the job is remote. Everyone was very easy to talk to and open about the position. Heard back about the position within two weeks.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Kate's Real Food (Bedford, PA) in Feb 2023
Interview
I had applied to the position and was immediately contacted about a phone interview, then was asked to come in for an in-person interview 2 days later. They said they were urgently hiring and asked when I was able to start. The interview was basic and slightly impersonal - they asked me the same question multiple times as they were running through their questionnaire. When I asked for more detailed information on the position, metrics and daily tasks the answers I got were vague. They are a newer company and it doesn't seem like they have their management system and goals set up cohesively. Their main highlight of the interview was touting room for growth and promotion. After discussing with some current employees about their work experience, I realized that this was not a company I wanted to work for. There is a pattern of flip-flopping on their management needs which has led to people being offered management roles and then being told that they were not able to be brought onto the team yet. It may be best to wait until this place gets a little more established and stable before jumping into a management or sales role and flying blind.
