Only one interview but met with 5 partners at once. Overall, the interview was relatively relaxed. Most of the time was dedicated to what the firm does and what they can offer. A limited amount of time was spent on my past experience.

Asked about experience for position, interest in position, ability to work long hours, whether becoming a partner was actually important. Partners were interested in themselves and didn't care about my own qualifications.
