You apply either directly on company website or Indeed. If you are a match for one of the roles a Recruiter will contact you and ask a series of Prescreen Questions related to your skills. If they are pleased with responses then you will be scheduled for an onsite interview with a hiring manager. Same day offers are extended to qualified candidates. You will have to complete a online background check and drug screen as final step.
