Very limited availability for interviews. My first scheduled interview the recruiter cancelled on me and when I finally was able to get another scheduled I joined 3 minutes after the scheduled time and was told by the first recruiter that cancelled on me that they cannot wait any longer than 2 minutes but In the email they sent it says they cannot wait longer than 3 minutes. I know I pushed waiting at the last minute but why even have that in there.

The interview process was great. The interviewer was very nice and professional. The interview was done via Zoom and was done on time. I liked that he constantly asked if had any questions, when the interview was over he said that they would review my interview and let me know something on 1 to 2 business days. I received my onboarding emails the same day!
It was easy and based on the previous experience. Questions were basic and easy. If you are a good communicator and have customer service experience you can easily get the job
