Kene Partners interview questions

It was a brilliant interview process. It included several meetings, with staff including the line manager. The interviews were very comprehensive and informative about the role, the company, the culture ect.

The process was a written task followed by 3 rounds of interviews. The task involved 2 questions: one which asked you to choose an industry and write about the R&D opportunities in that industry. The other was to pick one of their 4 values and talk about how it resonated with you. My answers to these were not brought up at all in the interviews. 1st round interview was with Loren the HR manager. 2nd was with two senior consultants and the 3rd was with one of the management team. Everyone was lovely to talk to but there were very long gaps between stages where I didn't hear anything at all. After the final round of interviews they took a week to get back to me with a decision during which time I was very stressed. It seems odd to me that a company which says it values its employees mental health would make applicants wait so long for a decision.
