The phone interview was basic behavioral questions, the likes of "tell me about a time when...". We had to prepare a presentation about ourself before the onsite interview. All candidates interviewed on the same day. The onsite interview was as follows:
1) presentation about yourself and why they should hire you
2) a case question where they give you a question and you have to answer with recommendation with what the company should do to solve that problem
3) 5 interviews. Every interview is with two interviewers(so, total of 10 interviewers) and one of the interviewers is usually an associate who is in the rotational program). They ask you about your experiences and all are behavioral questions.
