Kentwood Public Schools interview questions

The application and interview process was professional and efficient. From the secretary at the front to the team interviewing, people were very warm. The passion for kids was obvious in their questions and answers. Some teachers have had to teach a lesson to a class. I did not have to do this.

Interview was professional and thorough. There were near 5 staff members. Each staff member asked a question that the felt was important for the position. They were very welcoming and tried to make the interview less stressful. The interviewers seemed to genuinely pay attention to my answers and would often ask me to elaborate on subjects they felt were important.
