Overall efficient and not take long time to know the results. There are 3 rounds starting by hiring manager and other stakeholders. One round is a remote interview. Overall questions are standard behavioral questions.

Question 1
Mainly behavior based questions such as descripe how you handle conflicts.
First phone call with recruiter. Friendly and simple, laid back interview. Conversational. Second with the manager only. Reasonable questions. Got a good feeling for the manager and position. Good communication during the process, recruiter reached out several times with updates.

The overall interview process was very smooth and went quickly. Initial screening by the recruiter, 1 manager interview and 1 panel interview. The process only took a couple of weeks
