Two interviews with Marketing Director as I was an internal candidate. It was fairly informal at the time but emotionally pretty exhausting process. Eventually after a lot of chasing there was a feedback meeting booked too, however this was not until many, many months later after they had already posted the role back on Linkedin without notifying of success or failure. I found out from colleagues that it had been re-posted while I was waiting for feedback. They said it was because they were 'very busy', but it felt pretty rough given the time and contribution (worth millions, and lots of my own time) given to the company.
