Interview
Started with a quick phone screen, then an in person interview. It was with the direct supervisor and his manager. Lots of questions about experience and 2 fairly basics engineering concept questions. Received an offer the next morning.
Smooth and good high level questions, it just took a while for them to get back to me. Overall it was a positive experience so I would recommend to others to at least give it a try.

Have you ever worked on cars? Have you ever disagreed with your manager and how did you deal with it?
very nice and knowledgeable. They asked personal questions to get a feel of who I was as career-related. good environment, I didn't feel uncomfortable when i was talking to the person who interviewed me.
