HR person organized people to meet. I met with 4 partners (3 of which I would work with) and a number of future colleagues. Each interview took about half an hour. Each was largely dependent on personal style. In one the partner did most of the talking, two were conversations, one was relying on me asking questions and driving the interview. Everyone was very friendly.
