I applied online. I interviewed at KeraLink International (Baltimore, MD) in Mar 2017
Interview
I had applied online by simply submitting my resume and the next day I was contacted by HR. This was a wonderful initial experience and Kathleen (the VP) was my main interviewer--she was inviting and straight to the point about what they are looking for. I had the impression going into the second interview that the job was mine and I was ready to accept any offer. Unfortunately, they called me into their office (1 hour away from my home) to tell me they had another more qualified candidate. I honestly felt blindsided from the feedback and positive energy I had received.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at KeraLink International (Chicago, IL) in Apr 2016
Interview
Phone interview then in person interview where you type 2 paragraphs about yourself. Have to create a folder, shadow a worker then tell about your experience that day. Talk with different levels of management. They were unorganized as I had to have an interview time and when I arrived they forgot I was coming. They rushed me around made me sit for almost an hour and blamed my recruiter even though I had the proper emails stating my interview time they agreed with
