Doug Kerr reviewed my results and called me in for an interview. I successfully apssed the interview with Doug Kerr. My final test was to impress Elton Donald, the other owner. After a lengthy interview with Elton Donald, I was sent away to wait and hear. Several days later, Doug Kerr invited me to meet where he offered me a job.
