Interview
Established through a recruiter. Initial phone screen with controller, followed by in person interview with various staff. The in person interview was with 4 people and involved mostly basic skill testing and questions to judge candidates proclivity for being compliant and obedient, as opposed to being a creative problem solver.

Question 1
The questions were formulaic and administrative in nature. More of a box ticking exercise. Standard questions such as "tell us about a time when you missed a deadline or had to resolve conflict" as opposed to questioning my motivations for joining the company, career goals and how I could add value to this organization in my role.
