The worst candidate experience I’ve ever had. I applied and was contacted by the recruiter. First round of interviews was ok then the second round, the person interviewing me was a no show. Called the recruiter and she rescheduled another round for me with the same person. Then that person was 10 minutes late. The final round with the hiring manger was the best , she was really nice and asked great questions. Then the recruiter called me and asked for a reference check. I submitted a reference check, only to be ghosted by the recruiter. After multiple phone calls and a text message and email, 2 weeks or so later, I was sent an automated rejection letter.
