Interview over the phone with HR then interviews with team members and manager. Interviews were relatively laid back with a good mix of behavioral questions and background experience questions. Team members and manager were open to questions and provided insight on what to expect if offer was given.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
In your past work experience, what is one issue you noticed, why was it an issue, and how would you correct it?
I applied online. I interviewed at KeyBank (Cleveland, OH)
Interview
3 rounds of intervies on the same day, with mostly behavioral questions and some technical questions. Interviewed again the week after, mostly behavioral and fit-based, but ultimately did not get an offer
first was a phone screen with HR, then a panel interview (45min) with 3 people. all behavioral questions, very nice interviewers, left a lot of time for questions at the end.
Easy, talked to 3 people, all basic questions and I ended up getting the job. They were all very nice and inviting. It started as a phone call, then moved into two separate zoom meetings.
