The day after I applied I got an email to schedule a phone screen for later on in the week. This was a basic interview asking about past job experience, why you think you're fit for the position and going through past experiences. After the questioning, the recruiter started describing what it's like working at KeyBank, drug tests, and pay. If you make it through the phone screen, you'll schedule an actual interview with the bank manager. The interview with the bank manager was a zoom interview. It started out like any other basic interview, introducing myself and some small talk. The manager explained how the interview was going to go and we got into the questions shortly after. I wore a blue-grey dress shirt, dress pants, and a black tie.
