The process took about 3 weeks, first there is a Bennett test which is not too hard just basic physics, then the Hirevue which is a little awkward because you are basically talking to your lens on ur computer; I suggest putting a picture of someone or something close to your lens to help you out a little, then there is the personality test and an in person interview

I have applied to the company through indeed.com and have passed through the screening from the hiring agency. I am waiting for my phone screening with Keyence if that I pass, a technical test has to be completed to advance to the next stage of the process. I am a chemical engineering graduate with previous sale experience. It is great to find such company with good products and hiring fresh grads

The entire process up until the final interview is all electronic. You don't really have the ability to gauge how well you are doing or if they are interested in you at all. There is a technical aptitude test, recorded Hirevue interview, and then a personality assessment before a single human works with you.
