To be part of the company, it is necessary to undergo several cognitive interviews with various figures in the company (from HR to the manager) before being able to formalize the actual job offer. Overall, the talks are quite formal, a bit like the environment. The questions are pretty standard.

What studies did he undertake? What do you expect from the position you have applied for? What are your interests?
Interviewer asked really generic questions that did not pertain to skills required for the role and they rightfully did not appear interested in the answers. They took weeks following this to provide feedback.
Completed a digital interview on HireVue and had to record an answer to the question - why are you a good fit for this position? There were 3 minutes given to answer the question and overall was an easy interview.
