First I had an on campus interview the same day as the career fair followed by a Phone interview that was more behavioral and then an all day onsite interview with 5 to 6 people. Mostly they get to know you, show you around to see if you are a good fit. Questions range from behavioral to questions regarding projects and experience on the resume. For the technical interview, they ask basic circuit questions ranging from op-amps, basic Filter design and response, to basic control theory for open loop and closed loop gains.
