Submitted a resume through my University's career services. Got a phone call a couple weeks later asking to set up and interview. Interview lasted an hour. Met with two paralegals who essentially just asked me to walk them through my resume, and then talked separately with an HR rep who asked about my salary requirements, my greatest strengths/weaknesses, and a bunch of other generic interview questions. Thought it went really well. Didn't hear back for two months and then got an email one day saying that I was no longer being considered.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Kibbe & Orbe (New York, NY) in May 2018
Interview
I had three rounds of interviews (first with hiring director, then with a paralegal supervisor, then with four attorneys). The firm was very accommodating in providing date and time options for each round. HR contact was very friendly and encouraging.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
I was consistently asked by attorney interviewers about my desire/willingness to take on increasing levels of responsibility over time and represent the firm in contact with clients/counterparties.

Interview
The interview process was fairly easy. I was called in to interview and that lasted about an hour and a half to two hours. I was then called back for a second round of interviews that lasted approximately the same amount of time.
