Interview
It was an extremely unprofessional and disorganized interview. First, they make you do an initial "phone screening" through Zoom with your camera on... although the interviewer's camera is off, making it extremely awkward and weird. She said it wasn't working... well then why are we doing a zoom interview? I obviously didn't need to move my entire day around to be in front of my computer at this time for a 12 minute interview. I could have done this in my car, on my phone . The interviewer also couldn't answer ANY of my questions and was extremely cold. It almost seemed like I hurt her ego by asking questions she couldn't answer and then she just shut the interview down. It's alarming that this is the person they put in charge of vetting potential job candidates.

Interview
The recruiter reached out to me to schedule a 30-minute conversation with the hiring manager. I met with the hiring manager over video chat, and they got back to me 4 days later with a rejection. According to the hiring manager, the interview process typically involves a hiring manager interview, panel interview, and then an interview with the company founder.
