Interview
After handing in my resume at my university's engineering career fair I got a call next day for an interview. One HR and one alumni interviewed me. All of the questions were fairly straight forward. Couple weeks later had a second video interview. That was more difficult, some of the questions were vague.

What type of lifestyle would working in a constructing company require?
Talked to a recruiter first then talked to a senior manager in my position. You could talk job language with and could definitely relate to each other on day to day job experience

Interview
Nice and easy two rounds. Not too much focus on technical. Mainly to see your personality. No need to be to worry about it. Smooth and efficient. Got 1 hr interview + 2 rounds and offer within 3 weeks of applying.
Overall an easy process. Had a phone screening and then went to an interview onsite followed by tour of yard. Talked to three different interviewers. The company hosted me with a paid for car and hotel.
