First, friendly 1-1 telephone conversation with HR rep. Next stage face-to-face interview with mean looking managers who did not seem interested from the beginning. They admitted at the end they were quite unfriendly. I answered all questions to the best of my knowledge, most likely they went ahead with someone who was referred, and that is why they did not proceed with me. Only God knows what hope lies for immigrants like us in Canada who KNOW NOBODY!!!!!!

I performed 6 separate interviews, all sequential during one 1/2 session. The first interview was a little stressful, and I was able to understand what their internal process was. I feel this style was beneficial to my personality vs. a panel of 6 interviewing you at once.
