Applied through a job website partnered with campus then received a phone interview slot for 15 minute blocks through email. Scheduled based in availability and awaited a call from Human Resources.

The interview process began as a phone call, then another phone interview, 2 video conference interviews and was then followed by the offer.the human resources woman was the one who asked all the questions in order to hire the interns. Overall she hired based on communication skills and preferred to have interns earlier in their years of college in order to have them as repeat interns.
