Interviewed after a job fair. Swift process and the senior reps made the company sound amazing. The communication process following the interview has been okay, interview questions were straightforward and mostly assessing personality and leadership skills. Willingness to learn was a seller.

What made you decide to choose a career in safety?
Phone screen and then voom call with safety managers. Great interview process and want to know if you value safety at a high level. I would recommend any safety professional to give this company a chance.
The process was quick. Starts with a phone interview with HR. General screening to make sure you match what they're looking for. The next interview was with management. They want to make sure you're the right fit for them and they're the right fit for you.
