Did not mention that it would be a 4 hour interview, going 1 on 1 with about 5 different people, but they were all very pleasant to speak with. Asked a lot about past experience and examples of working in group settings.

pretty light, mostly conversational nothing too technical. They as about your resume and stuff to get to know you. Mine was like half an hour over the phone and the recruiter lady was nice.
