The interview was very comfortable with open ended questions that allowed me to ellaborate. It occurred over the phone so it was fairly quick and left time for my questions.

I applied through their website and was contacted about two weeks later to schedule a phone interview, which I arranged as soon as possible. On the morning of the interview, I received an email stating that another candidate had been selected, though I still received a call to connect. While I appreciated the outreach, the timing made me feel that my time was not respected.
Spoke with a couple people on the team, conversational interview and friendly. They asked some questions for half the interview and had me ask them questions for around 20 minutes.

Super conversational interview, gave me 20-30 minutes to ask them questions. There was a panel of 3 planners from the office and they asked questions like what coursework/projects I'm doing in school that relates to environmental planning.
