The Kinectrics team is professional, in general a better interview experience compared to other consulting firms, the job description matched what was discussed in the interview and there were no discrepancies.

Interview
Avoid applying to this company because it is a waste of time and energy.
I was interviewed for an engineering position by two hiring managers and human resources. They posed standard human resource questions as well as some technical ones. This company does not hire, particularly if you have a strong foreign accent. They continue to advertise the position on their website. Additionally, rejected applicants should not anticipate a response from human resources.
DO NOT APPLY TO THIS COMPANY IF YOU ARE NOT WHITE OR HAVE An ACCENT. They hire white individuals with little or no experience because they do not believe in diversity and the majority of managers are white.
They turned away people of colour with several years of experience and a master's degree but hired white people with no experience or qualifications. This company's hiring practises are the most discriminatory. If you look at their employees, you will notice that they are predominantly white. They assert diversity, but this is code for hiring only " white " females. The only requirement for employment at this company is that applicants be white.

Interview
I applied and got interviewed by two managers. This company is really not hiring anyone but fishing people. They post positions but don't really hire people unless you have a phd with 10-15 year's of experience. Once you get interviewed don't expect a response back or rejection response. They keep posting the same position over and over and previous HR employee who was my friend informed about this policy. They waste time and energy don’t even bother with me. This company is a blood sucker with ill hiring practices.
The manager are clueless and very unprofessional in the interview.
