After receiving a referral by an employee, I was contacted by email to arrange an interview for the following week (though they wanted to meet asap). I was interviewed by one employee with another (higher up) on speaker phone from their west end office. The interview was typical, went on for about 30 minutes. I was then given a small project to complete on Excel, for which I was also given 30 minutes.
