Interview
There was group activities before the interview to see your personality and creativity. The interview was with the hr and operations manager. Basic interview questions were asked such as previous experience.

Interview
2 interviews, one with the hiring manager another with the manager and team leader. Asked 3 questions 1 was about the system they use for account management which was easy to answer.

Interview
The interview process happened during the lockdown so the process was different then there normal interview process. I had a phone interview and a week later my interview was done via Microsoft Teams chat.

In layman terms how would describe what an IP address is?
A user rings you up and they tell you that they need documents printed urgently for a presentation, but the printer is not working and has 5 minutes left before he/she gets picked by taxi. How would you go about helping this user?
