Standard behavioral questions and background. Interviewer said it went well and they’d schedule next steps in the following two weeks. Unfortunately, I never heard back despite following up a week later.
The process was quick. The interview was at least 10 min long. General questions asked. Very quick response. Friendly and the process was fast. They called back within 2 days.
I completed a phone screen and the interview with the hiring manager. I was supposed to be scheduled for a final panel interview and I stopped hearing from the talent recruiter. I found the process to be very tedious. I found myself following up with the recruiter to advance the process which was very frustrating. It helped to get the interview with the hiring manager scheduled and completed. But ultimately, I was ghosted by the recruiter and gave up trying. If the company decided to go another way, that's fine. However, it is disrespectful to ghost applicants without following up with them to tell them they aren't being considered further.

Question 1
The hiring manager's interviewing style was conversational, which is a great relief. He started off the interview asking me what motivates me everyday.
