Interview
The trainee day consisted of a quick-fire question round, a written task and a presentation. These tasks were conducted with other applicants via Zoom. The final stage assessment centre was to consist of an interview and group task.

Written application followed by a video about someone you admire.
Next stage was an online assessment centre where you are given a scenario and topics to read up on prior.
Final stage was a panel interview.
