I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Kirkland & Ellis (Chicago, IL)
Interview
Proofreading test, phone screen, and in-person interview with about 7 employees. They all immediately asked me if I had any questions and continued asking me if I had questions. Obviously you never say you have no questions, so I asked a ton. They barely asked me anything about myself and spent the whole hour answering what I asked and talking about how hard the position is and working at Kirkland.

What was a time you had to deal with conflict working with a team? Do you want to go to law school? Why do you want to work at Kirkland?
