Interview
The recruiter initially reached out to me, and I gave an hour of my time. It seemed, based on the wording and tone of the conversation, like the next steps were a done dealâtalking with additional members of the leadership team. However, after multiple follow-up messages, I never received any further communication. I couldn't even get a very basic, one-sentence "Thanks, but we're moving on."

Interview
The recruiter was very nice but quite delayed in responses, with limited knowledge on the role besides the JD. Mainly spoke about the company at a very high level.
The technical interview was as expected; lots of technical 'talk' with deep dives in different related areas. As a company, they don't seem to know what they want though, with job postings changing when not filled. Other candidates have posted about this as well. The pay was also under-market, but not significantly.
I would not interview here again.

Interview
The recruiter was very nice but seemed very scattered and had to pull up the job description mid-call to tell me what the salary and benefits were like. I was also barely asked any questions and was mostly just told a little about the job and a lot about how great the company is. Before the end of the call, we had agreed to a date and time for an on-site interview. This was never confirmed, and I received a generic rejection e-mail the following week. Overall a very confusing and disappointing experience.
