I was invited for an on-site interview at Kirschenbaum & Phillips in September 2022. I prepared for the interview, drove an hour to the office, and arrived early. I filled out the necessary paperwork and an hour or so later drove another hour back home without having been interviewed—the interviewer was not available during the time that my interview was scheduled! They apologized and told me I'd hear back in a day or two to schedule alternate arrangements for an interview. About 2 weeks later, I hadn't heard back and decided to call to check in again. I was told they were behind and that I'd receive a call in a day or two. It's been over two weeks since that phone call and over a month since my interview was scheduled and I have not heard anything back from them. Overall, Kirschenbaum & Phillips, P.C. wasted about 5 hours of my time on the day of the interview, not including the time and effort I put towards the position prior to the scheduled interview. Kirschenbaum & Phillips, P.C. is extremely disrespectful and unprofessional and I would advise anyone considering employment with them to stay as far away as possible!
