Hey All, Applied for the Designer Role @OS via Online. It was a total of 3 Rounds. The First round was the Aptitude, Second was a Multi Design task & the last round was a Culture Fit. I personally Enjoyed all the rounds of the Interview. the Best part is that- The interview process was Clean and straight "well planned" KUDOS to the OS HR Team.

The technical Interview was more of a Braining storming & Interactive on Design Aesthetics, Heuristic principles, User Interface Design system, Etc..

A four stage interview process and everything was done online as it was during Covid Lockdown.
1. Exploratory Call with HR
2. Interview with Creative Lead - About the role, my experience and technical skills were discussed.
3. Assignment- Set of tasks were given to design.
4. Culture Fit interview
Very responsive HR,Culture Team. Had a great time with the conversations and working on the assignment.

1. Telephonic Discussion with HR
2. 1-1 with Lead - Job Description, my previous experiences and technical skills were discussed.
3. Assignment- Set of tasks were given to test the expertise in the creative field.
4. Culture Fit interview (approx. 1hr discussion about your core values as a person)
Very responsive HR,Culture Team. Had a great time with the conversations and working on the assignment.
