Dear Candidate - We appreciate sharing your perspective of the interview process. We would like to apologize for the inconvenience caused and trust our response will bring greater clarity to the points you have raised.
Though we tried our best to accommodate you for the interview process - we did not get any response even after multiple follow ups after the initial call. Just to clarify, you wouldn't have gotten any mail from our end as we send interview call mails only on candidate’s confirmation for the interview schedule. Also, It was a drive week and we had other passionate developers who had confirmed their availability. Having personal emergencies is something no one can avoid/reprioritise but it would be great if you can keep the respective HR’s informed which will help us to plan better in-turn making it a memorable experience for you too!:)
