The interview process at Kitman Labs began with an initial recruiter call. This was a conversational and informal discussion focused on my background, interest in the company, and alignment with the role. The recruiter also provided more detail about the position, the team structure, and what to expect in the next stages of the process. It served as a helpful introduction to both the company culture and the hiring journey ahead.

I was brought through a few rounds of interview including a phone interview, initial chat with head of product, then half-day on-site then another informal chat. After that they basically ghosted me and I didn't hear from them for weeks. Eventually I got in touch again to be told that I wasn't getting the job. I'm completely fine with a rejection but they put me through the ringer only to completely blank me - I thought it was very unprofessional.
