I had an initial call with HR, in which everything was friendly and the interview was pretty typical. They asked me some really basic questions as it was just the introductory call, looking to know my experience, whether i knew the product etc. However they never even followed up to let me know that I had failed to move on to the next phase.

The interview process included an initial screening interview, followed by a fairly labour-intensive test exercise that required significant time and effort. After that, I participated in two separate follow-up interviews with senior team members, which, due to their overlapping content and similar focus, could have been more efficiently combined into a single interview.
