First, I had an initial phone screen with HR. They asked about my salary expectations, had me do a quick self-introduction, and told me about the job. I got an interview invite the next day with the hiring manager. We went through my career in detail and why I was looking for a new job. That was it. I never heard back from them. I got rejected.
