I went into the store and used there "Application station" (a computer at the front of the store) and was called about a week later for an interview. I came in and it was youre run of the mill questions. Why do you want to work here, what would you do if XYZ happened, ect.

Question 1
Name a time when you had a co worker or teammate that you didn't get along with.
The interviewer was friendly and asked basic questions like why I wanted to work at Kmart. They asked what section of the store I’d most like to work in and then if I could lift more than 20 lbs.
Many people interviewed together, and they asked some basic questions like Can you tell me a little bit about yourself?
Why do you want to work at Kmart?
What do you know about Kmart?
What are your strengths and weaknesses?
It was like your regular sales associate interview about yourself and what will you do in certain situations whatever blah blah. This review isn't real because I wanted research a company that I wanted to know so jokes on you.
