I was interviewed for a Loss Prevention Associate job in 2013. I was told their dress code was business casual so thats how I dressed for my interview. When I got to the store I was taken by the Loss Prevention Manager into an office. The interview began with him asking a few questions about myself and then he began reading from a paper asking very general questions such as "tell me about a time you achieved a goal." There were probably 10 of these questions then he asked a series of LP related questions such as "How do you respond to conflict." Most of the questions were open ended general questions. I got the impression he wanted to see where I took the interview. Basically I think he just wanted to hear confident and reasonably intelligent answers.

Manager did not know I was coming. Was unprofessional. The manager also said I scored yellow on assessment. and that was not explained the loss prevention people then asked if I could handle working the job
