I applied online, the application took two to three hours to finish. Then I got a call to come in for an interview by the hiring manager, and she took me over to a quieter place in the store and asked me some questions. It was very laid back, and she had a lot to say to make it feel more like a conversation after you would answer her questions. Then she gave a written interview that was very easy while she went to go find another person to give me my second interview. She found someone else who really liked me and told me that I would go far. Next, they told me a time to come see the head manager and she asked me one question, "What does customer service mean to me?" She told me what to expect from the job and told me I was hired.
