Interview
Walked into the HR office, very welcome and comfortable. Sat down and HR asked me typical interview questions such as what would you do in this scenario what about that scenario etc. asked what i could bring to the company and what my experiences in customer service has taught me. we went over why i left each job i had.after the interview the HR manager offered me the position but told me they have to do a background check and i had to go take a drug test a couple miles away (had to pee in a cup kinda test) after all that went through there was a lot of online stuff i had to set up, i'm not to sure what it was all about but it was ridiculous. in all the interview itself was very comfortable.
It was a typical interview with a manager at the store. It was not too hard and not too easy. I would consider working here later on but not right now because of health issues.
Straight forward applied interviewed chit got a call came in to an inperson inter view manager and another associate. Asked passed jobs I was in school asked about working weekends and over time how I dealt with stressful situations s
simple. behavioral questions asking how you'd handle situations, a lot of questions about handling conflict and ethics and things along those lines. it was simple and easy to navigate,don't need much practice for most of them.
