After applying, I received an almost immediate phone call and a quick interview which I passed. I then took an IQ and personality test as is usual with most employers nowadays. I received the go ahead and was set up with an in person the next day. I interviewed with the manager of the team and an HR person. It went really well and I was offered the job the next day. The hiring process is extremely fast here when there is a position actively open.
