First meet and greet with HR, ease the tension and see if you're a good fit in terms of personality and culture. Their recruiters have a good sense of tech requirements so a few high level questions can be asked but not more in depth as "how many and who has access to approve pull requests" or "What level of unit test coverage is standard". If everything is fine then you'll get another interview with a tech person and this can either be hard or easy but the person doing the tech interview will usually up it a notch to see how far he or she can take it before you cave in. This is to test your knowledge and not break your spirit.
