Knowledge Technology Account Director interview questions

Was a first round interview. Asked about my experience, then the company, after this had an in depth conversation about the Market. After spending 1.5hours discussing all, the interviewer said I was not technical enough, well why did he not see this from my CV, if he was after an ex trader or broker.
