First round is screener. Second round is with other Analysts. Two 50 minute interviews. Two Analysts interviewing each. The people doing the interviewing were very nice but their responses and transitions were a bit canned.

Question 1
When was one time you changed your mind? and other Behavioral questions. In the technical portion they asked about a recent financial topic that I was following and questions about the structure and content of writing samples.
First round one-way interview with analytical exercise. Second round superday with 2 groups of analysts for both behavioral and analytical questions. Be prepared to answer questions about the firm's practice areas and why you are interested
