Clear and transparent interview process. Started with a screener call, followed by a hiring manager interview, and then a case study. The final step was a call with executive leadership.
I was contacted on LinkedIn by one of the recruiters. First interview with HR, then with the hiring manager. First interviewer was affirmative and super pleasant to talk to, second felt moderately interested in me. Seems like they were looking for someone with a very different profile than me, so surprised why they contacted me in the first place. Did not get an offer.

Mechanic interview questions. Caught the interviewer lying (public data available about company's situation, just dig a bit if you're interested) with lots of contradictions. Questions were dodged, basically looking for someone who just agrees and nods with everything to move further.
